    Embodied fitness experience designed to strengthen and empower your body and mind. Total body sculpting, strengthen and conditioning. Classes range from 15-55 minutes.

  • Pausercise™

    Music-driven, low impact steady state cardio sculpt designed to strengthen, condition, lengthen, all while lifting your spirits and letting go! Classes range from 15-55 minutes.

  • Ignite

    High-energy express class of steady state cardio and powerful strength training. Classes range from 15-30 minutes.

  • The Meditations

    Guided stress-reducing meditations to support focus, relaxation, sleep and tranquility. These micro pauses are 5-15 minutes.

  • Aligned

    Comprehensive focus on strengthening, sculpting, and alignment. We use bands and balls. Classes range from 15-30 minutes. Includes Core On The Floor and Standing Core Only

  • Lifted

    Total body strength, mobility and stability. You'll use light, medium and heavy dumbbells to target all of the major muscle groups. Classes range from 15-30 minutes.

Emily Wagner, founder of The Micropause Studio, specializes in empowering women in perimenopause and beyond.

With over 40 years of experience in teaching and training across renowned fitness studios like Equinox and Crunch, as well as boutique gems such as Body And Soul, Easton, and Swerve, Emily's personal journey into midlife sparked her realization of the importance of tailored workouts for addressing the specific challenges of this stage, including hormonal changes and shifting metabolism.

Her revolutionary approach, The Work IN™, blends physical and mental practices to nurture strength, resilience, and confidence.
